These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our image consulting services, including any advice, materials, styling sessions, and related content provided either in person, online, or via digital delivery. By booking or engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Jason Orleans offers personal styling, image consulting, and personal branding services designed to enhance your appearance, presence, and confidence. Services may include but are not limited to:

Wardrobe evaluation and styling
Color analysis and body shape consultations
Personal shopping
Brand identity development
Photoshoot styling and coordination

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services responsibly and lawfully. You may not:

Use our services to promote or engage in illegal activities.
Copy, share, or distribute proprietary content without permission.
Record sessions or republish advice or materials for commercial purposes.
Harass, abuse, or mistreat any consultant or client.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conduct is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Jason Orleans, including but not limited to curated looks, styling guides, worksheets, digital downloads, logos, branding materials, and consultation recordings, is the intellectual property of Jason Orleans and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited-use license to access materials for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly share any content without express written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate personal and style information.
Attending scheduled appointments on time.
Notifying of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchasing any recommended items independently, unless specified in a package.

6. Liability Disclaimer

All advice given by Jason Orleans is based on professional knowledge and industry best practices. However:

Outcomes vary based on individual preferences, body types, and lifestyle.
We are not liable for any dissatisfaction, financial loss, or wardrobe purchases that do not meet expectations.
We do not guarantee employment, personal success, or third-party outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

You agree to use our services at your own discretion and risk.

7. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a non-refundable charge of up to 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

8. Payment Terms

All services require full or partial payment in advance, depending on the package.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Zelle, or electronic invoicing.
Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

9. Privacy

All client information is kept confidential. Photos or testimonials will only be used for marketing purposes with your written consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement or dispute, both parties agree to:

First attempt resolution through informal discussion.
If unresolved, engage in mediation facilitated by a neutral third party.
If necessary, disputes shall be settled under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, with jurisdiction in Milwaukee County.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our official platforms.
